All NEXT DUE specified in the Maintenance Works (MW) module shall be without any tolerance, deviation, concession or over-run. As an example, when the Maintenance Program is allowing a 10% tolerance for certain tasks, this tolerance shall not be added to the next due FH / FC / Date on the associated WOs.

This is only when a tolerance / deviation / concession or over-run is being approved and used that such tolerance shall be recorded and approved in AMS using the "TOL" section of the associated WO.

 

Special details, when applicable (operational limitations / special maintenance operations / condition of approval), shall be recorded in the COMMENT field of the associated WO. This comment is displayed on the operational situation report to disseminate the information. The automated Forecast Date displayed on the WO do include the approved tolerance.
