WARNING: Do not set a new stock unless you really have an inventory on this location. It is a common misuse to create a stock for every places where you are sending components. For example, if you are sending your wheels to a company named "WHEEL.INC" for repair, then "WHEEL.INC" is not a stock, it is a provider where you are sending parts.
