From the sub-module, right click on a row item to display the contextual menu

Select "C.QUO. Customer Quote", then "Generate the document"

The C.QUO sub-module is highlighted to show that it is holding changes waiting to be validated:

Important: You can repeat the same procedure from step 1 with other row items to be added to the same C.QUO

Review the preset fields value and enter the missing data, then

validate

To print this C.QUO, refer to Print a document

Use this printout to "send by email" your quotation to the Customer
