When iCare AMS is first installed, it is fundamental to prepare your database by reviewing and updating your general settings.

 

Before using the system, review each section of this chapter (General Settings) and update it as required to match your utilization.

 

There are also other general settings which are not modifiable using the graphical interface. These General Settings will be set by our support department during the product implementation:

 

1/ Accounting interface (Refer to the external procedure AMS-00-011-ACCOUNTING)

 

2/ Bar code General Settings (Refer to Bar Code WO Execution / General Settings )

 

3/ Customs Status (Refer to Customs Status and pending clearances)
