Google Authentication:

 

This authentication is based on the association of an AMS user account with a specific phone (Android phone or Apple phone)

The security of this authentication method relies on the "AMS account to Phone" pairing procedure.

 

If the phone pairing procedure is left to be performed by the AMS user without supervision, then we may question if this is really the intended user who associated his/her phone.

To maximize the security of this method, the AMS administrator shall reset the 2nd factor authentication  (Security / Users) only when communicating directly with him/her physically or over the phone.

 

 

Other authentication methods

 

At the time we are writing this help section, there is no other authentication method. We are working on other methods and we will update this section as they become available.
