The Supervisor Password utility is used by an administrator (Engineering administrator or logistics administrator) to generate a temporary password which gives special rights to another user for a short duration.
Some special operations can only be done by administrators. When a standard user tries to do such operation, either a message is displayed to deny the access or, when the administrator privilege can be delegated, he is asked to enter a temporary password given by an administrator. In this case, the administrator uses this utility to generate the password.
Select Engineering or Logistics as required, specify the validity of the password (min) and press Generate. The generated password is displayed in the bottom cell.
