All defects are recorded and tracked in AMS, including defects arising from scheduled maintenance and unscheduled maintenance.

The current status of open defects (including MEL, CDL and HIL) is available from the Activity module / Operational situation. The Operational Situation Report includes the description of all defects as well as the current status of material supplies when applicable.
