Defines the list of engineer specialties / skills. Keep in mind that the specialities defined in this list are the ones which will be used:
- on the list of engineer specialities on each MR (Maintenance Requirement)
- the specialties associated with each engineer, in each personnel's file
It is important to keep this list consistent with the specialities defined on your job cards and with the specialities used by your human resource department. The above example (as shown by the picture) is an example of what not to do: the A/B1/B2/C classification (as widely defined by the regulation) is not consistent with the other classification ENG/ERI/MEC/NAD/etc.
The costs exposed in the column "Base cost" are the base costs used by AMS to evaluate costs of MR embodiments for each specialty. This Base Cost is your internal cost per specialty (Your sale cost will use a markup on top this base cost). When the specialty is not defined (or when the defined specialty does not exist) the default M.H rate is used (defined in your default currency)
