Defines the list of protocols (maintenance programs)
Each maintenance protocol must be defined in this list with its edition (reference & date) and amendment (reference & date) specified in the box "Last approved maintenance program"
If the box "pending updates" is filled with a reference of edition and amendment, then the Maintenance Requirement module will activate its amendment functions for each MR applicable to the concerned protocol.
View pending updates:
Displays the changes made (pending) to the selected protocol (switch to the Maintenance Requirement module)
Make this Amendment Effective:
Replaces the revised MRs by their amended version for the selected protocol
MRs which was amended are not deleted, their are marked as "replaced by"
WO pertinent to the amended MRs are canceled (not deleted) and replaced by the WO pertinent to the amendment
The last approved references are updated to reflect the amendment references
The references of the amendment (Pending updates / Edition & Amendment) are cleared
Note: the tab "Effective A/c" displays the list of aircraft effected by a protocol.
