The search page of the PR sub-module provides a "IMPORT PRs FROM EXCEL" button which can be used to import a large number of Provisioning Requests (PRs) from a Customer.

 

The MS Excel spreadsheet shall be formatted as follows:

 

- Data to be imported are on the first tab

- Data start at line #10

- Column 1 (A) contains the Item number (integer value), can be left void

- Column 2 (B) contains the P/N (max 30 characters)

- Column 3 (C) contains the description (max 30 characters)

- Column 4 (D) contains the Quantity
