5-3-3-2: Parameters

MR parameters

The parameters defines the following parameters:

- Phase: Defines the MR ordering process. Possible values are:  Preparation (planing) / Provisioning / Preparation (production) / Access opening / Check execution / Access closing / Finalization.

- Downtime: The aircraft downtime (hours) necessary for the MR accomplishment. This value is used to represent the size of works in the M.Work module. This value is inclusive of any lower tasks (optional).

- L-Check: Letter check associated with the MR (optional)

- R.String: see the R.String article

- Print flag: Label displayed on the associated WOs to warn about critical works like CMR, ALI, CDCCL, etc.

- Include in A/C specs: if checked, this MR will be displayed on the aircraft specification sheet.

LIMITATIONS : Depends on MR type.

- One time action: is accomplished one time only

- Standard (modification): is a modification of the concerned aircraft / component (must be "one time action")

- Maintenance Level: defines the maintenance level of the component (available when the MR is effective to components) - see note 1.

- Threshold (FH / FC / Month / Date / Textual / Which occur first): Execution threshold

- Repeat (FH / FC / Month / Which occur first): Repeat interval of subsequent executions

- Tolerance: Textual information (displayed on WOs)

Note 1: The "Maintenance Level" defines what potential has to be tracked for the accomplishment of the MR and how the threshold and repeat interval are interpreted:

- INS: The threshold and repeat interval are "Since Inspection", embodiment of the MR reset the TSI/ CSI/ MSI to zero.

- OHL: The threshold and repeat interval are "Since Overhaul", embodiment of the MR reset the TSO/ CSO/ MSO to zero.

- NEW: The threshold and repeat interval are "Since New", embodiment of the MR does not reset anything.

- NONE: The threshold and repeat interval are "Since New", embodiment of the MR does not reset anything.

EFFECTIVITY

- Protocol: Identify the Maintenance Programme the MR is effective to (Ed.: Edition / Amd.: Amendment).

- A/C type: Identify the AC type the MR is effective to (from S/N / To S/N: Range of affected serial numbers)

- P/N:  Identify the component's P/N (part Numbers) the MR is effective to (from S/N / To S/N: Range of affected serial numbers)

- Note: textual comment
