To amend a Maintenance Programme:
1/ Make sure the correct amendment has been opened for the concerned protocol (Maintenance Programme): the "Pending Updates" / "Edition" and "Amendment" values are set in the General settings / Protocol
2/ Select the MR which needs to me amended (Refer to MR selection)
3/ Click on the "Create amendment" button
then chose one of the following options:
- Copy the status: use this option if you want to start with the same status than in the original MR
- Let the status blank: use this option if you want to start without any status
4/ Modify the MR to reflect the changes made by the amendment. Initialize or adjust the status as applicable (procedure: status initialization).
5/ Repeat from step 2 for each MR to be amended
